The Euro has been chosen as the standard currency in this website. The subscription fee in US dollars and English pounds may vary according to chances on the market in regard to the Euro. Therefore prices can be a little bit less or a little bit more than mentioned above. The actual rate will be calculated by Pay Pal when you pay your subscription fee.

So, now you can start making a search for high qualified (potential) job seekers for future jobs (the so-called passive search) or jobs that are vacant right now. Compared to the regular jobsites, you are much better off at Go Head Hunt Yourself!

In case of hiring a candidate through our service, you will pay a fixed amount of 650.00 US dollar,  425.00 English Pound or 500.00 Euro payable to Go Head Hunt Yourself and you will have to pay the reward / bonus you promised / rewarded in the advertisement to the candidate you hired.

As an employer you will hand out a reward to the candidate that you have hired. The minimum bonus is 650.00 US dollar, 425 English pound or 500 Euro, or more, up to you to determine. The Bonus will be paid to Go Head Hunt Yourself, who will pay the candidate.

Compared to the regular jobsites and prices, it’s certain that in this way you will have to spend just a fraction of the cost you would otherwise have made and that’s great! On the other hand, candidates will receive the reward / bonus when hired and will therefore be extra motivated to participate. Why would the applicant truthfully report whether or not he is working? Not employed is only 8.00 US dollar admission fee compared to a fee of 16.00 US dollar if you actually work?

Simple! If during the conversation between the employer and the jobseeker or at the moment of assumption it becomes clear to you that the applicant did not provide you with the truthful status concerning his working status, the jobseeker is no longer entitled to the reward handed out by you.

Note to Jobseekers; you lie, we WILL find out, and all bonuses are forfeit.

We are all supposed to be or expected to be participating on a professional and honest base within GoHeadHuntYourself to ensure the maximum results (for all parties). If a candidate provides you with untruthful information about his working status, he can not be rewarded for that. In such a case and if you want to hire him after all, we suggest that the reward is not paid by you. We will mention this “rule” under the participating rules for jobseekers. Anyway, in such an event, we strongly advise you to search for a honest candidate. But it’s really up to you.

Anyway, in such an event, we strongly advise you to search for a honest candidate. But it’s really up to you.

The bonus will be paid in two separate parts by Go Headhunt Yourself to the candidate. On the day the candidate will perform the function, the 1st half of the bonus will be paid. The other (2nd) half, shall be paid only when Go Headhunt Yourself is informed by you that the candidate has completed the trial period positively. If the candidate, from your point of view, for whatever reason, is fired within the trial period, then we will refund the 2nd half of the bonus to your account. The first part can not be refunded since it has already been paid.

Nobody forbids you ... but take your wallet with you !

Just a quick example;

  • finding a candidate through a Headhunting agency
  • candidate’s year income is 60,000.00 dollar (average position)
  • costs payable by you about 20 to 25 percent of the annual salary
  • this means around 12,000.00 to 15,000.00 = dollar + VAT to be paid to the headhunter agency..
Your advantage by doing it yourself through our advantaged system (find your own personal through Go Head Hunt Yourself) is huge! Even if you would handout a reward of 6.000,00 = dollar. Even then, you still benefit!

A "serious" jobsite demands for its services a lot of money. You will be able to put in some vacancies for a limited time compared to what you will have to pay for it.
