What happens to the reward / bonus if you are found to comply within the probationary period and will be dismissed?

The bonus will be paid in two separate parts by Go Head Hunt Yourself to the candidate. On the day the candidate will perform the function, the 1st half of the bonus will be paid. The other (2nd) half, shall be paid only when Go Head Hunt Yourself is informed by the employer that the candidate has completed the probationary period positively. If the candidate, from the point of view of the employer, for whatever reason, is fired within the probationary period, then we will refund the 2nd half of the bonus to the employers account. The first part can not be refunded since it has already been paid.
